We've been taught to play small.
We've been taught to hide our needs, our bodies and ourselves.
Especially when we have various marginalized identities.
And then those oppressive voices get engrained in our minds and bodies.
And even when we know better, it's often hard to actually feel our worthiness in our bones.
It's possible, and necessary.

I synthesize a whole range of lineages and methodologies into Queer Body Love.
In addition to my BA in anthropology, gender & sexuality studies and performance, I’ve studied coaching with CTI; yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health; Antioch Buddhist Studies in India; and graduated from the Interdependence Project’s year-long secular, multi-lineage meditation teacher training.
I’m prepared to hold you in your journey.
I request a 6 month commitment from both of us -- this work is deep, and takes time.
We'll start with an initial 90-minute deep dive session to design our work together. From there, we'll have two 50-minute calls per month (usually the first and third months) where we'll explore what's coming up for you and find homework assignments that feel alive for you. These are virtual and can be either on the phone or video.
The work really begins outside the sessions. I will be available via email in between sessions for celebrating, troubleshooting and accountability.
I'll guide meditations as part of our sessions & give you downloadable ones to use on your own.
If you share this vision and believe I could be the coach for you, I look forward to receiving your application to talk. Click the button to fill out the form and I'll get back to you with a link to schedule a complimentary call to see if it's a good fit.
