Sample schedule for the Queer Body Love Retreat

(very subject to change)

 

Activities in the sessions may include:

  • meditation
  • yoga / movement
  • journaling
  • facilitated discussion
  • heart circle
  • group activities
  • solo nature journey

Friday

1 - 3 pm : arrive

3 - 6 pm : opening circle / first session

6 - 7:30 : dinner

7:30 - 9 pm : evening session

Saturday

7 - 7:30 : optional movement

7:30 - 9 am : breakfast & time to do as you wish (hot tubbing, nature walk, reading, writing, chatting etc)

9 - 12 : morning session (with break)

12 - 1:30 : lunch

1:30 - 3 : first afternoon session

3 - 3:30 snack / personal break

3:30 - 6 :second afternoon session

6 - 7:30 : dinner

7:30 - 9 : evening activity

9 - onwards : campfire / time to do as you wish

 

Sunday

7 - 7:30 : optional movement

7:30 - 9 am : breakfast & time to do as you wish (hot tubbing?)

9 - 12 : morning session (with break)

12 - 1:30 : lunch

1:30 - 3 : closing session
